Our outdoor setups are designed for stability. We secure all balloon structures and canopy frames with heavy-duty bases rather than relying on wall adhesive, which allows us to install decor on rooftops and open terraces safely without damaging your venue's exterior.
We provide complete installation services for terrace and outdoor parties, managing the setup from start to finish. Our team handles the transportation, structural assembly, and dismantling of all decor elements.
Technical Setup Specifications
- Canopy Structures: We utilize modular frames for our canopy setups, wrapped with LED fairy lights. These structures provide defined event spaces in open areas.
- Balloon Installation: All balloon garlands and arches are built on freestanding frames. This eliminates the need to attach decor to railings, walls, or pillars.
- Weather and Logistics: We account for wind and environmental factors by using weighted bases for all structures. We request access to a power point for lighting and ask that the terrace floor be clear of debris prior to our arrival.
Service Scope
Our team arrives 2-3 hours before your event to execute the installation. We provide standard setups for birthdays, proposals, and anniversaries. If you require specific theme props or custom signage, please provide these details during your booking inquiry so we can include the necessary equipment in our transport logistics.
