Signature Residential Facades
I design residential facades that merge modern geometry with deep-rooted Indian materials. From the initial 3D visualization to the final installation, I ensure every architectural angle makes a distinct statement.

About Signature Residential Facades
Every facade I design is preceded by a full-scale 3D visualization, so you can see how light interacts with your building’s geometry before a single brick is laid. This process prevents errors and ensures the material choice, whether it is travertine stone or terracotta, achieves the exact tonal balance we planned during our initial consultation.
My approach to residential facade design focuses on the dialogue between modern architecture and traditional Indian elements. By blending global design principles with local materiality, I create elevations that remain timeless.
The Materiality of Design
A successful facade requires an understanding of how materials age and perform in the Delhi climate. I frequently employ terracotta jaalis for their thermal performance and historical resonance, pairing them with durable modern surfaces like ACP louvers, travertine, and concrete textures. This creates a tactile experience that shifts throughout the day.
The Role of Lighting
Lighting is not an afterthought. It is an architectural element. My designs integrate linear and accent lighting to emphasize geometric angular projections, ensuring your residence maintains its visual presence after sunset. The goal is to create depth and shadow that enhances the verticality of your home.
From Visualization to Execution
My process is rooted in technical precision. I provide detailed 3D walkthroughs that map out every material joint and light fixture. During the execution phase, I conduct regular site visits to ensure the structural grid and cladding installation match the approved renderings. This direct supervision is essential for maintaining design intent in complex elevations involving curved surfaces or unconventional projections.
Pratinav Chadha
I am Pratinav. I spent years studying architecture in the US, but I always felt the pull of the intricate art we have here at home. I started my firm to bridge that gap, taking the clean, global design standards I learned and mixing them with the rich, textured heritage of our own temple carvings to build homes that feel grand and personal.
