This is where we build your foundation. I focus on mastering the classic lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses with perfect form before adding weight. We use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to build practical, real-world strength that lasts.

This is the secret sauce to staying injury-free and moving well for years to come. We focus on the "boring" but essential drills for your hips, shoulders, and ankles. Much of this is done barefoot to strengthen your feet and improve your body's overall mechanics.

There's a lot of bad advice out there. In this section, I cut through the noise and debunk common fitness myths about training, diet, and results. My goal is to give you factual, straightforward information that you can actually use to train smarter.

The Fun Side of Fitness

Calisthenics & Handstands

Mastering your own bodyweight is one of the most rewarding forms of strength. I love practicing calisthenics, especially handstands, wherever I go. It’s the ultimate test of balance, shoulder stability, and core control.

Competitive Fitness: Marathons & Hyrox

I practice what I preach by putting my own fitness to the test. Here’s a look at my experiences competing in endurance events like the Tuffman Half Marathon and functional fitness races like Hyrox. This is where strength, conditioning, and mental toughness come together.

I believe fitness should enable you to have more fun in life. For me, that means playing sports like basketball and badminton, trying new things like surfing, and going on adventures like cycling across countries. This is the "why" behind all the hard work in the gym.
