Your mehendi is more than just a pattern; it is a canvas for your unique journey. I specialize in sketching your personal memories, from proposal moments to cherished portraits, directly into your bridal henna.

This is where the magic begins. I start with a detailed sketch to map out your love story, ensuring every element from the proposal to your favorite memories is captured perfectly before applying the henna. This process guarantees your bridal mehendi is exactly as you dreamed it would be.

A complete love story told through henna. This design includes a supermoon proposal, Goa's sun-kissed beaches, an adopted baby elephant, a Tinder logo, and a beloved pet dog, Alphy. Every detail is a chapter from the couple's beautiful journey together.

A bride excitedly narrates her wedding story as depicted in her mehendi. The design includes portraits of her and the groom as Radha Krishna, the baraat procession, and precious moments with her family, all leading up to the final wedding ceremony.

A story of two cities and a lifetime of love. This custom design features the skylines of Kolkata and Mumbai, portraits of the bride with her father, mother, sister, and grandparents, and even a depiction of Lord Shiva. It’s a beautiful tribute to her journey and her family.

Your love story, written in henna. This design beautifully captures the journey of two classmates who became soulmates, with custom text that tells their unique story from friendship to forever.

A design that celebrates a love story stretching from Nairobi to India. This customized bridal henna features portraits, the African safari skyline, and other personal elements that tell the couple's international love story.

A special tribute to a furry family member. This design for my NRI bride from the UK incorporates a portrait of her beloved pet alongside traditional motifs, showing that even our four-legged friends can be part of the wedding story.

For my NRI bride, we included portraits of her two beloved dogs right on her palm, along with a custom monogram of the couple's initials. It's a beautiful way to keep your furry friends close on your special day.

This bride wanted her mehendi to represent her bridal dream. We included her dreamy entry with a veil, the beautiful Varmala ceremony, the emotional Kanyadaan, and the sacred Saath Phere, creating a visual narrative of her wedding day.

A beautiful portrait mehendi for a sweet bride from Delhi. The palms feature detailed figures of the couple during their wedding ceremonies, including the varmala and phera moments, creating a cherished keepsake.

About Your Story in Henna: Custom Designs

I don't just pick up a cone and start drawing. Every custom design begins with a consultation where we map out your story, sketching it on paper first to ensure the layout—from your love story moments to family portraits—sits perfectly on your hands. This planning stage allows us to integrate those tiny, personal details like a specific venue skyline, your pet’s face, or a symbolic proposal scene that make the final stain truly yours.

The Art of Storytelling in Henna

When I work on a signature design, I am essentially illustrating a chapter of your life. Whether it is the 'Super Moon' under which you got engaged or the skyline of the city where you met, these elements need space and structure to look cohesive.

How We Plan Your Design

  1. Consultation & Sketching: We start by discussing your key memories. I sketch these on paper first. You can see exactly how the 'Baraat' or your 'Varmala' moment will look before I ever touch your skin with henna.
  2. Placement: We decide what goes on the palms and what travels up the arms. For example, portraits of parents or pets often sit best on the palms, while city skylines or intricate mandalas look stunning on the forearms.
  3. Execution: On the wedding day, I personally handle the central figures and portraits, while my team assists with the intricate grid work, ensuring the session stays within the 6-8 hour timeframe without rushing the details.

Why Narrative Mehendi Matters

Many of my brides, especially those traveling from the USA, UK, or Dubai for destination weddings, want their mehendi to feel like a piece of home or a reminder of their roots. Integrating traditional motifs like peacocks or elephants with modern elements like a Tinder logo or university initials creates a balance between cultural heritage and your personal reality.

I use 100% organic, triple-sifted henna. The paste is mixed 24 hours in advance to ensure the stain is dark and rich, which is crucial for those close-up photographs of your hands holding your partner's or reflecting on a special moment.
