People see the final look, but they rarely see the four AM wake-up calls or the team lugging heavy wire mesh into a field. It is all part of our process, and frankly, unless we have obsessed over the angle of every single candle, it just doesn’t feel like a Pitara event.
Event decor is often marketed as a polished, finished product, but the reality involves a lot of sweat, steel, and sleepless nights. Our process is rooted in what we call 'decor delulu'—the belief that we can turn a raw field in Udaipur or a foggy Delhi lawn into a high-end luxury space.
When we take on a project, our team is involved in everything. We handle the structural heavy lifting, like fabricating custom wire mesh mandaps or setting up massive lighting rigs, to the tiny, nuanced details like checking the placement of every vase. It is about balancing the 'vibe' with the logistics. For instance, our Haldi setups are not just about putting up marigolds; they involve coordinating with local teams to ensure the structure holds up against morning dew and high footfall.
We believe that the best work happens when the team is treated like family, even when we are making them carry ladders at odd hours.
