About Beyond the Gym: Injury & Pain Rehab

Most people jump straight into heavy massages, but that is not how I work. Before anything touches your skin, I sit you down to examine your range of motion and pinpoint exactly where the stiffness is coming from. Whether it is a frozen shoulder or post-fracture recovery, we start with a clear plan to ensure your muscles are actually ready for the therapy.
