Being a live wedding painter is an adventure. From rushing to catch flights to painting through the hustle of a busy shaadi, here is a real look at the chaos and magic that goes into creating your wedding keepsake.

A truly chaotic day in my life! After finishing a wedding in Delhi, I had to rush to the airport and almost missed my flight to Bangalore for another wedding the next morning. The hustle is real!

The show must go on! I was running a fever before this Delhi wedding, but I took some medicine and went anyway. Seeing the couple's reaction after I added their dog, Dodo, made me forget all about being sick.

The moment my soul left my body! I stepped away for just a minute, and a child decided to add their own creative touch to the canvas. Luckily, I was able to fix it!

Another angle of the "kid collaboration" incident. My heart dropped because this painting was a surprise for the bride. But ant bhala toh sab bhala, and it all turned out beautifully in the end.

I had so much fun being featured on Red FM's Social Spotlight! It was amazing to talk about my journey from being a lawyer to a full-time live wedding painter.

When I arrived in Chandigarh, I found out the event might be canceled due to rain. I was praying for sunshine, and thankfully, the next day was beautiful! The mountains and waterfall in the background were too stunning not to paint.

A quick note for all you lovebirds planning your wedding! My dates for 2024-2025 are getting booked up fast. If you want a live painting, especially for a popular date, please DM me soon!

Did you spot the live painter at the cricket match? It's so exciting to see live art becoming popular everywhere. And I get to do that for you at your wedding!

Come with me to paint a Haldi ceremony! From arriving at the venue to setting up my station and finding the perfect moment to paint, here's a little glimpse into my process.

Wondering why my back hurts? It's because I'm usually hunched over the canvas for hours, but it's always worth it. And yes, I will always accept anardaana from a kind guest!

About A Day in My Life: Behind the Brush

Unlike studio art, I am working in real-time with changing event lighting and a curious crowd. I arrive hours before your ceremony to set up my French box easel and scout the perfect angle, ensuring that when your pheras or varmala happen, I am ready to capture the exact emotion on canvas as it unfolds.
