Spiritual and Meditative Mural Art
I transform blank walls into calm, spiritual corners using hand-painted murals of Mahadev, Adiyogi, and other divine themes for homes and studios.
This Mahadev mural was a truly special project for a client's home pooja space. I focused on creating a divine atmosphere, from the Himalayan backdrop to the serene expression of Mahadev himself. The goal was to make this corner feel like a direct connection to His presence.
For this large-scale Mahadev mural at a yoga studio, I wanted the art to radiate calm and strength. You can see me and my friend working together on this big project. It’s amazing to see people now practicing yoga in front of the finished piece, feeling the energy we poured into it.
Painting this Adiyogi mural was a journey in itself, both physically and spiritually. Working high up on the ladder, every brushstroke felt like a form of meditation. I believe art can change our lives, and this piece is a reminder of that for me and for the space it now fills.
About Spiritual & Meditative Spaces
Before we begin painting, check that your wall surface is clean and free of dampness. Since I use high-grade acrylics that require a stable base to last, ensuring your wall is prepped saves us from delays during the 7 to 15-day process needed for these detailed spiritual feature walls.
Every mural I paint is a process of meditation for me. Whether it is a serene Mahadev mural for a pooja room or a large-scale Adiyogi piece for a yoga studio, like the one I finished at 8 Limbs, my focus is on capturing the right energy.
My Approach to Spiritual Murals
- Surface & Material: I exclusively use professional-grade acrylic paints for their longevity and depth. For feature walls, I apply a double coat of high-grade varnish, ensuring the colors remain vibrant and protected against dust for years.
- The Process: Complex spiritual art requires patience. For large-scale murals or work on high ceilings, I bring my own ladders and scaffolding, so you do not need to worry about the logistics. We will discuss the design, lighting, and Vastu-compliant colors during our initial consultation to make sure the final piece resonates with your space.
- Project Timeline: These are not quick jobs. A detailed spiritual feature wall typically takes between 7 to 15 days, allowing for proper drying time and layering of light and shadows.
If you have an empty wall that feels like it is waiting for a story, let us talk about how we can fill it with something meaningful. I am comfortable working in any space within the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
