Certification Levels

Level 1: Hybrid Beginner Coach Certification This is the starting point for those looking to teach children aged 6-10. You will complete self-paced theory modules before diving into 3 intensive, full-day sessions at the Padukone Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence (PDCSE) in Bengaluru. We cover:

• Foundational technical breakdowns (grip, stance, swing).
• Gamification strategies to keep young players engaged.
• Injury prevention and physical training basics.

Level 2: Intermediate Technical Upskilling For coaches ready to take their skills to the next level, this 5-day intensive program focuses on competitive athletes. We dive deep into:

• Advanced biomechanics for smash, backhand, and net play.
• Tactical analysis for singles and doubles positioning.
• Creating high-intensity multi-shuttle pressure drills.
• Integrating video playback for real-time player correction.
