You need to plan this one a day in advance because I do not keep mass-produced food in a freezer. Every platter, whether it is the Tandoori Kebab box or a festive set, is cooked fresh the morning of your delivery. The box arrives sealed, you unfold the sides to turn it into a raised buffet stand, and you are ready to host without any cleanup.

If you are hosting a larger group, we also provide professional stewards to handle the service and clearing, letting you stay with your guests instead of moving back and forth to the kitchen.
