Finding plants that make heads turn is an art. At my nursery, I scout for unique varieties—like the 'upside-down umbrella' tree or rare black-leafed beauties—that aren't just plants, but conversations for your garden.

This is the Terminalia Mentle, or Jangli Badam, which I call the 'upside-down umbrella' plant. It's very trendy right now for avenues and bungalows because of its unique shape where all the leaves grow upwards.

Is the Zed Black plant real or fake? It's 100% real. This is the Black Radermachera, a very unique plant with narrow, dark leaves that you will only find at my nursery.

Now you can get the feel of the mountains right in your home. This is a Pine tree that we have grown for the plains. It's a hardy plant that you can keep on your terrace or balcony.

This is the Fountain Grass, a plant you see in Hollywood and Bollywood movies. It's a very hardy plant that dances in the wind and adds a beautiful, soft texture to any garden corner.

This plant has black leaves, but when it flowers, the new leaves are red and it produces fragrant blooms. From a distance, it looks like birds are sitting on it. It's perfect for creating a unique look in landscaping.

This is the Screw Pine. It looks like a palm but it's not. Its leaves grow in a spiral, screwing upwards. It has a very interesting structure that is becoming popular for modern landscape designs.

This is the Terminalia Mentle, the most popular plant of 2025. It's a new plant from abroad that is being widely used for roadside avenues and bungalows for its beautiful ambiance.

This is Fountain Grass. The best thing about it is how it moves with the wind. It adds a magical touch to your garden or balcony and is a very hardy, low-care plant that never dies.

For a white house, a black plant gives a royal look. This is the Black Radermachera, a completely unique plant with narrow black leaves that provides a stunning contrast.

This plant looks like an umbrella and will win everyone's heart. It's the Terminalia Mentle, a very trendy avenue tree that I have available in both small and large sizes.

About Rare & Unique Finds

You’re not looking for the same old pots you see everywhere. If you want to break the pattern, you need specimens that actually bring a new shape or texture to your bungalow or balcony. I personally hand-pick these unique imports—like the Terminalia Mentle with its distinct 'upside-down umbrella' structure or the Black Radermachera for that bold, royal contrast—to ensure they aren't just rare, but actually hardy enough to thrive in our specific NCR climate.
