We do not believe in cookie-cutter looks. Every session starts with a custom lash mapping consultation where we determine the length, curl, and shape that suits your natural eye structure. You will relax on a padded recliner while our technicians use professional ring lights and fine-point tweezers to ensure every extension is placed with precision.
After we align on the style, we move to the application phase. We use premium PBT synthetic mink or silk lashes, focusing on a 1:1 classic technique or a hybrid mix of fans for volume. This ensures your extensions feel lightweight and comfortable, not heavy or overdone.
Hygiene is central to our process in our Gurgaon studios. Our technicians wear masks, and we use high-grade professional adhesives designed for a 3-4 week hold. For a classic full set, expect the process to take 90 to 120 minutes. If you opt for hybrid volume—which blends single lashes with 2D or 3D fans for a fuller eyeliner effect—the session can take up to 2.5 hours. We finish by checking for symmetry and applying a specialized sealant to extend retention.
Since we operate out of both Ambience Mall and Galleria Market, we ensure the same standard of precision and cleanliness at both locations. If you have previously had extensions done elsewhere, we recommend booking a fresh set with us, as our maintenance refills are only valid for work we have completed in the last 21 days.
