About My Team, My Vibe
Every high-energy performance you see on screen is supported by the tireless efforts of my crew, Team Thandavika. Whether we are setting up a massive 'Mad Max' style stage prop for a show finale or coordinating a complex live performance in Bengaluru, the real fun happens during the prep. It is not always smooth sailing, but we keep the mood light and the vibes positive so everyone gives their best.
Our Studio and Team Culture
When we are not on set for reality shows or movie shoots, you will find us at Thandavika Dance Studio in RR Nagar. This is where the concepts are born. My team consists of professional dancers, assistants, and crew members who understand that choreography is a collaborative process. We spend hours on blocking, prop management, and audio mixing to ensure the final product looks effortless, even if the rehearsals were intense.
Why the Vibe Matters
I believe that if the dancers are happy, the performance translates that energy to the audience. You will often see me on set laughing with the crew or fixing costumes right before a cue. My approach is simple: keep it real, respect the hard work, and enjoy the ride.
What Goes Into a Performance
Behind every viral hook step or grand stage entry, there is a lot of practical groundwork:
- Production Design: We handle everything from concept to the physical props used on stage.
- Technical Coordination: For television and film projects, we work closely with directors to ensure our choreography aligns with camera angles and lighting.
- Rehearsal Dedication: My senior instructors lead training sessions, with my direct supervision for the final polishing.
Whether it is a sangeet performance or a large-scale corporate event, we apply the same 'just go with the flow' attitude to ensure that every participant, regardless of their experience, feels comfortable and confident.
