About Sibling Adventures
Sibling photoshoots are rarely about sitting perfectly still. My approach is to keep the older child engaged so they feel like a participant, not a prop. This naturally brings out the protective gestures, the spontaneous jokes, and the genuine laughter that you actually want to frame on your wall.
When you bring your kids in for a sibling session, my goal is to document their relationship as it is right now. If your older one is full of energy or if the younger one is just learning to sit up, we work around that. I do not force stiff, uncomfortable poses because that is not how children interact.
Why my studio works for sibling shoots
My Goregaon studio is equipped with props that actually interest kids. From cowboy gear to travel-themed accessories, these setups help build a narrative for the photos. When kids are busy playing with the props, they forget the camera is there. That is when I get the best shots.
Tips for a stress-free session
- Let them be themselves: If your kids are silly, let them be silly. We will get the classic portrait, but the goofy photos are often the ones parents love the most.
- Keep them fed: A hungry kid is a grumpy kid. Bring snacks and their favorite drinks to keep energy levels up.
- Dress comfortably: Choose outfits that let them move freely. If they are wearing something they love, they will be much happier in front of the lens.
Whether you are looking for festive-themed shots, a milestone celebration, or just a simple, timeless portrait of your children, I help you coordinate the looks so the photos feel cohesive. We can shoot in my Goregaon studio for a controlled, classic look or head outdoors if you prefer the natural light of a Mumbai park or beach.
