About Adult Dance Classes
One thing you should know is that I start every session with 10 to 15 minutes of body conditioning and yoga warmups. My goal is not just to teach you a routine, but to help you build the strength and flexibility to actually enjoy the movement. Whether you are coming straight from an office desk or you have never danced a day in your life, you are going to feel comfortable here because we focus on the process, not just the performance.

I believe dance is for everyone, regardless of age or coordination. My classes are structured to be chill but challenging, moving at a pace that actually helps you learn. We cover a wide range of styles including Bollywood, Hip-Hop, Salsa, and Contemporary, so you aren't stuck doing the same thing every week.

- Small Batches: To make sure everyone gets individual attention, I keep groups small (8 to 15 students).
- Flexible Learning: We offer group batches for that social energy and private 1-on-1 sessions if you prefer to learn at your own speed or need choreography for a specific event.
Where We Are
We are currently dancing in over 40 locations across Delhi NCR, including our main studio in Sector 94, Noida. We also travel to conduct sessions at partner schools, community studios, or even at your home if you are looking for private coaching.
