About Timeless Indian Elegance
I approach traditional ceremonies by balancing the sacred nature of the rituals with high-end design. For the setups shown here, I layer natural textures like fresh floral strings and velvet drapes against solid architectural elements, ensuring the space feels intimate and anchored rather than just a temporary stage.
My design philosophy for traditional events in Delhi NCR centers on creating a meaningful connection between the ceremony and the space. Whether it is a Roka, a Ganesh Poojan, or a festive gathering, I move away from generic event decor. Instead, I focus on specific design elements that ground the celebration in tradition while introducing a modern, luxury finish.
Designing Your Traditional Event
- Rich Textures: I often use deep velvets, traditional brass lamps, and intricately embroidered fabrics to create a sense of history. These are paired with contemporary seating to ensure comfort without sacrificing the aesthetic.
- Floral Artistry: Flowers are central to my work. I use dense floral installations—from wall-to-wall marigold and rose petals to suspended floral ceilings—to define the boundaries of the sacred space.
- Lighting and Mood: For evening events, I prioritize warm, ambient lighting using glass-encased candles and architectural uplighting. This shifts the mood from a bright daytime function to an intimate, golden-hour celebration.
How We Work
I offer full design and execution support. We don't just supply props; we handle venue mapping, vendor coordination for catering and audio, and onsite styling to ensure every element—from the entrance signage to the table centerpieces—aligns with the theme. If you have a specific venue in mind, I work with the existing layout to enhance its natural features, ensuring the final setup feels intentional rather than forced. My goal is to make your celebration feel like an authentic reflection of your style, meticulously planned so you can remain present during the ceremony.
