When I design for smaller gatherings, my priority is creating an environment that encourages connection. We move away from standard, rigid banquet layouts to prioritize comfort and flow, using elements like layered tablescapes, soft ambient lighting, and warm cane-back chairs to ensure your guests feel genuinely welcomed rather than just seated.
For intimate gatherings of up to 50 guests, my approach is to treat every square foot as a canvas for your story. This level of planning, priced between ₹1,50,000 and ₹2,50,000, is designed to take the stress off your shoulders while ensuring the decor remains deeply personal.
The Art of Intimate Events
I handle everything from venue layout mapping for private farmhouses or backyard gardens to managing the 'nitty-gritty' vendor logistics. Because I coordinate directly with caterers, photographers, and entertainers, you can remain the host rather than the project manager on your big day.
My Design Philosophy
My style for these events often leans into what I call 'wild elegance.' This means:
- Layered Tablescapes: I use printed tablecloths, macrame runners, and woven vases to add texture to the dining experience.
- Atmospheric Lighting: I avoid harsh overheads in favor of glass-encased pillar candles, outdoor string lights, and specific table lamps that create a glow suited for long, uninterrupted conversations.
- Curated Florals: I lean heavily on fresh, seasonal arrangements—think dense table runners or focal photo walls—that feel like they belong in the setting rather than imposed upon it.
