About Full Bridal Mehendi (Hands)
For my full bridal mehendi, I focus on intricate, elbow-length designs that require 3.5 to 4.5 hours of continuous, patient sitting. I exclusively use 100% natural, triple-sifted Sojat henna powder mixed with essential oils, which helps achieve that signature rich, dark maroon stain. My process includes applying a lemon-sugar sealant to ensure the color develops fully for your wedding day.
I believe your bridal hands should tell a story. My full bridal designs follow the classic Marwari and Bombay styles, characterized by dense, intricate work from your fingertips all the way to your elbows. You will see traditional motifs like peacocks, elephants, and lotus flowers, combined with detailed jali patterns that create a look of timeless elegance.
I don't just apply henna; I craft a design tailored to you. We can hide your partner's initials or your wedding date within the patterns, making your mehendi feel like a personal reflection of your journey.
Because I use natural henna, the stain development is a process. The fresh paste is applied with a fine-tip 0.38mm cone for precision, and I apply a lemon-sugar sealant once the design dries to help the color deepen. It looks its best 24 to 48 hours after application, so I recommend planning your mehendi ceremony at least two days before your main wedding event.
If you want a more modern touch, I can blend these traditional elements with Indo-Arabic shading, using negative space to make the design pop while keeping the traditional coverage you want. Whether you prefer royal elephant processions or detailed floral mandalas, I ensure your bridal mehendi is a work of art that feels perfect for your special day.
