Your bridal mehendi is more than just a pattern. From couple portraits to wedding dates and traditional motifs, I draw the story of your love on your hands and feet using fresh, organic henna.

This is a close up of a highly detailed bridal design. It features intricate architectural elements inspired by temples, a figure of Ganpati for blessings, and even a Sanskrit shloka for a truly personalized touch.

A clear view of a completed bridal portrait mehendi. I take great care to capture the likeness of the bride and groom, surrounded by traditional wedding symbols like the shehnai and kalash.

A side view of a groom's portrait on the bride's arm. The design includes peacocks and auspicious symbols, all drawn with fine lines and careful shading to bring the artwork to life.

Another example of my custom portrait work for a bride. The faces of the couple are framed in hearts on the palms, with their names, Aniket and Bharti, written above on the wrists.

This bridal mehendi combines geometric jaali patterns with traditional motifs. I also personalized it by hiding the groom's name, "Yash," within the intricate design on the arm.

The back of the hands for a bridal mehendi, featuring dense, symmetrical patterns that cover the hands and arms completely for a rich and traditional look.

A complete bridal look showing the intricate mehendi on both the hands and feet. The designs are coordinated to create a cohesive and beautiful look for the bride's special day.

This bridal design features beautiful peacock figures on the palms and architectural dome motifs on the arms. The dark stain from my organic henna paste is already starting to show.

About Storytelling Bridal Mehendi

Getting a portrait mehendi takes patience, usually 6 to 8 hours depending on the design density, so please plan your mehendi ceremony for a day when you can sit comfortably. I personally use my homemade organic cones for that deep, dark maroon stain, which means the design requires a little extra care and lemon-sugar sealant once it dries to get the best result.
