Shooting Training: Building Mind, Body, and Technique
Shooting is more than just pulling a trigger. We build the focus, physical core, and discipline you need to hit the bullseye, whether you are a beginner or aiming for the podium.

Physical conditioning is non-negotiable. Here, I am supervising students as they build core and shoulder strength with wall handstands.

I believe in close supervision. This video shows me observing and guiding my students during their practice drills.

About The Training System: Mind, Body, and Technique
We don't just hand you a rifle and send you to the range. Our training starts on the blackboard to master the mechanics, moves to rigorous physical conditioning like wall handstands for stability, and ends with simulated competition pressure. This systematic approach ensures that when you step onto the firing line, your body and mind are already prepared for the shot.
Shooting is a sport of precision, but it is won in the mind and maintained through the body. At Mc Easa Shooting Academy, we follow a strict methodology to turn students into competitive shooters.
The Three Pillars of Our System
-
Theoretical Foundation: Before you pick up a weapon, you must understand the science behind it. We start with blackboard sessions covering stance, sight alignment, and breathing techniques. You need to know why the shot works before you can make it work.
-
Physical Conditioning: A steady hand requires a steady body. We focus on core strength and balance, incorporating drills like wall handstands and holding exercises. These aren't just for fitness. They train your stability, allowing you to hold your rifle or pistol with absolute stillness during long matches.
-
Match Simulation: We replicate real-world pressure. Through regular practice matches, we introduce the stress of competition, teaching you to control your heart rate and focus under the watchful eye of our coaching team.
Why Discipline Matters
I always tell my students, there is the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. You have to choose which one you want. Whether you are aiming for 10m Air Rifle or 25m Pistol, the process is the same. We provide the guidance and the infrastructure in Dwarka, but the hard work belongs to you.
We work with beginners who have never held a gun, as well as athletes training for the ISSF World Cup and Asian Championships. If you have the will to learn, we have the system to get you there. Aapka time aayega. Just show up, trust the process, and put in the work.
Mc Easa Shooting Academy
I am the head coach here, and I don't believe in shortcuts. I am looking for students who are ready to put in the work, whether you are picking up a rifle for the first time or training to represent India.
