Academy Life & Internal Tournaments
See how we build champions beyond the drills. From our regular Round Robin tournaments to the friendships formed on our Pitampura clay courts, this is what happens when you join our tennis family.
The buzz of a tournament morning. Here I am calling out names and organizing the draw for our internal Round Robin tournament, a regular event to give our players match practice.
Sportsmanship is a core value we teach. Two players shake hands at the net after a competitive match during our 2025 Round Robin Tennis Tournament.
A handshake between competitors at our internal tournament. We teach our players to respect their opponents, win or lose.
Another display of good sportsmanship at the conclusion of a match. These tournaments are crucial for learning how to compete.
Respect for the game and the opponent. This is a common sight at our academy after every practice match and tournament game.
Two young players shaking hands over the net. Our internal tournaments provide a safe and supportive environment to experience competitive play.
Even our youngest players learn the importance of sportsmanship. A handshake concludes a match in our junior category.
About this collection
Our Round Robin tournaments are the testing ground for every student here. Every set is tracked, forcing kids to learn match management under pressure long before they enter an official AITA draw. If you are looking to join, come by on a tournament day to see how your child handles a real match scenario.
Beyond the Drills
Tennis is more than hitting a ball. It is about how you react when you are down a set or facing a break point. At Mastermind Tennis Academy, we don't just run drills; we create competitive situations.
Why We Run Round Robins
We host regular internal Round Robin tournaments at our MM Public School courts in Pitampura. These aren't casual hit-abouts. We replicate real tournament conditions:
- Score tracking: Matches are recorded so players understand their progression.
- Mental toughness: Coaches watch for emotional management. If a player gets frustrated after a missed shot, we teach them how to reset immediately.
- Sportsmanship: A handshake at the net is mandatory. We teach kids that whether they win at the national level or lose in a local bracket, respect for the opponent is non-negotiable.
The Academy Community
This is a place where intense rivalries on the court turn into long-term friendships. You will see our students sharing tips between matches, warming up together, and learning the discipline required for sports. We train for AITA, ITF, and CBSE circuits, so our atmosphere is always focused on performance. If you are ready for serious coaching on red clay and hard courts, and you want your child to learn how to compete, come meet us on the court.
Master Mind Tennis Academy
I am Arif, and at my academy, we treat every match like a final. I push my players hard because I want them to win, but I also make sure they learn to respect the game and each other.
