Standard Banquet Decor & Planning
Stage & Entrance
- Backdrop: 24ft to 30ft width setup with dual-tone fabric drapes (satin/lycra) and top-border artificial floral paneling.
- Entrance: 8ft x 10ft floral wrapped arch or fabric tunnel.
- Aisle: 40ft Red or Green carpet walkway with 6 pedestal flower stands or brass diyas.
Furniture & Seating
- Couple Seating: 2-seater wedding sofa or high-back Rexine/Velvet chairs.
- Guest Seating: Color-coordinated sashes and bows for up to 200 venue-provided chairs.
- Centerpieces: Glass vases or artificial floral bunches for 20 round tables.
Logistics & Tech
- Coordination: 1 Lead Coordinator and 2 Assistants for timeline and entry management.
- Audio/Visual: Basic PA system with 2 microphones and PAR can stage wash lighting.
- Signage: Printed foam board on a wooden easel with couple's name.
Open-Air & Beach Wedding Setup
Structures & Lighting
- Mandap: 12ft x 12ft open-air 4-pillar or Dome structure with heavy floral styling and crystal hangings.
- Canopy: Extensive overhead fairy-light (mirchi lights) or string bulb setup covering the lawn.
- Aisle: Acrylic Mirror Aisle or raised platform walkway lined with 6 Cold Pyro units.
Furniture & Layout
- Chairs: 150-200 Gold or Silver Chiavari chairs with cushions.
- Dining: 10-12 Round tables with premium linen overlays and floral centerpieces.
