Quick & Easy Hair Styling Tutorials
Stop spending hours in front of the mirror. I'll show you my lazy-girl hacks to get salon-ready volume in minutes—no fancy tools required.
I call this my 'lazy straightening' method. By focusing only on the front hairline and top layers, you can get a neat, put-together look in under 3 minutes while keeping all your hair's natural volume.
No curler? No problem. This tutorial shows you how to create beautiful, long-lasting curls using just a hair straightener. The trick is to twist the iron and pull slowly.
This is part one of my hair tips series. For maximum volume, I recommend washing your hair without conditioner or any other products before styling.
Here's how I straighten my full head of long hair in less than six minutes. The key is to work on the front first and then quickly go over the visible sections at the back.
About Quick & Easy Hair Styling
You don't need a professional to look put-together. My 'lazy straightening' method focuses purely on the front hairline and top layers, which saves time and actually preserves your hair's natural volume instead of flattening it out. Try it next time you are rushing out—it takes less than three minutes.
I believe hair styling should be fun, not a chore. Most tutorials show you a 'perfect' method that takes an hour, but who has time for that? Whether you want straight hair with volume or effortless curls without a tong, I keep it practical.
The 'Lazy' Philosophy
If you take a center part, focus only on the front hairline. If it is a side part, target the layers framing your face. You do not need to burn every strand at the back to look put-together. This saves time and keeps your hair looking thick rather than pin-straight and flat.
The Volume Hack
Want more volume? Skip the conditioner, serum, and heat protectant on the day you style your hair. I know, it sounds against the rules, but products weigh hair down. Use a wide-tooth comb to avoid breakage, and you will see a massive difference in how full your hair looks.
Curls Without a Curler
You only need your straightener. Twist the iron 180 degrees while clamping the hair and pull slowly. The twist direction (inwards, outwards, or upwards) dictates the curl type. The slower you pull, the tighter the curl. It is really that simple—and these curls last longer than anything I have done with a curling tong.
