Most people do not see the prep work that makes a look last. I use rose quartz rollers to de-puff and luxury emollients like Embryolisse before a single brush touches your skin. It is not just about the makeup; it is about creating a glass-skin base that handles 12 hours of wedding lights and humidity while feeling breathable. When you finally sit in the chair and hear 'Bahu mast laage che!', you know every step of this prep was worth it.
My Philosophy of Precision
Makeup is not about changing your face; it is about enhancing your features. My process is built on the belief that luxury is found in simplicity and skin-like finishes. Whether I am working in my Mumbai studio or travelling to a destination wedding, my routine remains the same: meticulous preparation and high-quality products.
The Skin Prep Routine
A flawless look begins with healthy skin. I focus on hydrating, priming, and prepping the canvas using brands like Nars, Dior, and Estee Lauder. By using rose quartz rollers, I ensure your skin is relaxed and ready, which prevents the cakey look that often ruins wedding photos. My goal is to ensure you do not feel heavy or overdone.
Technical Hair Architecture
Hair is just as important as makeup. I don't just pin hair; I build it. For complex updos, I use padding, donuts, and structural pins to create volume that lasts.
