Traditional South Indian Bridal Look
Makeup Application
- Base: Sweat-resistant long-wear HD foundation with a matte finish suitable for ceremonial fire heat.
- Technique: Color correction for pigmentation and waterproof eye makeup with kohl lining.
- Essentials: Includes standard faux eyelashes, bindi design, and long-stay matte liquid lipstick in traditional shades.
Traditional Hairstyling
- Style: Specialized Poola Jada (long braid) styling.
- Volume: Incorporation of hair extensions and padding for structural base.
- Decoration: Setting of fresh Jasmine, Mogra, or Rose flowers on the braid and fixing of hair jewelry.
Draping & Styling
- Saree: Professional pleating and draping of heavy Kanjeevaram or Silk sarees.
- Security: Ironing of pleats and use of non-rusting safety pins for heavy pallus.
- Jewelry: Assistance with placing and securing temple jewelry, necklaces, and hip belts.
Logistics
- Travel to venue within city limits (Bengaluru/Hassan).
- Services performed by the solo artist.

Glam Makeup Application
- Finish: Dewy or Glass Skin foundation finish suitable for evening stage lighting.
- Eyes: Elaborate shadow work (Cut-crease, Smokey, or Shimmer) with dramatic mink-style faux lashes.
- Highlighting: Generous highlighting on cheekbones and nose bridge for shine.
Contemporary Hairstyling
- Styles: Options include Hollywood waves, messy buns, textured ponytails, or half-up styles.
- Tools: Use of curling tongs, crimpers, and strong-hold hairspray for volume.
- Accessories: Placement of modern accessories like baby breath flowers, stone clips, or tiaras.
Attire Draping
- Lehenga/Gown: Single or double dupatta draping for lehengas or assistance with gown fitting.
- Fancy Saree: Draping of designer sarees (net, chiffon, georgette) with specific pinning techniques.

I cover it all - makeup, hair, and saree or lehenga draping. You just relax, and I’ll handle the rest. My service is for every big event: engagement, wedding, and reception.
Style Choices
- Love the classic look? I’ve got the South Indian bridal makeup nailed for those who want a traditional, timeless vibe.
- Want something more glam for your reception? We can go bold with reception glam makeup - think smokey eyes, glowing skin.
- Prefer keeping it low-key? I do subtle wedding makeup too. The goal is to make you look fresh and natural, not caked up.
Details Matter
From a tight braid with mallige hoovu (jasmine flowers) and jadanagam, to loose curls for a modern twist, I can do both. Saree or lehenga draping is included - I make sure it stays put, no matter how much you move around.
Where I’m Based
Mostly in Bengaluru and Hassan, but I travel for weddings anywhere. Don’t hesitate if you need me outside these cities.
