About Beauty & Editorial Makeup
On professional sets, makeup needs to do more than look good—it needs to hold up under studio lights, constant movement, and hours of shooting. I use long-wear HD foundations and specific skin-prep techniques designed for high-definition cameras, ensuring the makeup remains consistent from the first click to the final wrap.
Editorial makeup requires a different mindset than traditional event makeup. My process begins with understanding the brand identity or the photographer’s vision to ensure the makeup complements the lighting and the garment rather than fighting for attention. For high-fashion shoots, the focus is on texture—whether that is perfectly matte, luminous glass skin, or a specific conceptual look.
I work extensively with production houses and photographers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether it is a beauty campaign requiring precise, graphic work or a hair shoot where the makeup needs to be minimal but impactful, I focus on details that enhance the final output. My kit is stocked with industry standards like NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, and Fenty Beauty to ensure long-wear performance.
Beyond just application, my role is to maintain the continuity of the look throughout the session. If you are planning a campaign, catalogue shoot, or commercial project, I am available for on-set makeup and touch-ups throughout the day to ensure every shot matches the brief.
