About Our Dance Family: Classes & Workshops
In my Studio La-Sica sessions, we use a follow-the-leader approach rather than strict technical drills, meaning you start moving from minute one. I break down every track into simple, manageable hook steps so you leave every class having mastered a full routine, regardless of your experience level.
I believe dance is for everyone. It does not matter if you have never stepped on a dance floor before or if you are looking to refine your stage presence. My sessions are designed to be a judgement-free zone where the focus is on happiness, fitness, and energy.
