Everything listed here is 100% eggless. I handle the baking, frosting, and finishing personally in my home setup in Sector 78, Gurgaon. Because I do not use pre-made mixes or hold stock, your cake is baked specifically for your timeline. This is why I ask for a 1 to 3 day heads-up. It gives me the time to ensure the crumb is right, the ganache is set, and the flavours are balanced.
