Winning at a national level is not about one lucky shot. It is the result of thousands of hours spent on dry firing, SCATT sensor analysis, and learning how to handle the silence in the range when everything is on the line. Our athletes, like Parth Mane and Isha Taksale, did not just walk onto the podium by accident. They earned their spots through rigorous mental conditioning and the exact same training environment available at our Panvel, Vashi, and Vasai ranges. If you are serious about competitive shooting, you need to understand that the real competition happens in the months of quiet, repetitive practice before you ever hold a medal.
How We Build National Champions
At Lakshya, we do not view competition as a destination. It is a byproduct of a systematic training process. When you train with us for the national circuit, you are not just getting range time; you are entering a structured program designed to peak your performance for events like the Khelo India Games and National Selection Trials.
The Training Infrastructure
- Data-Driven Feedback: We use SCATT analysis to track trace, hold, and release trajectory. You will see exactly where your barrel drifts before you even pull the trigger.
- Environment Simulation: Our ranges in Panvel, Vashi, and Vasai are equipped with electronic targets (EST) that mimic the pressure of official matches. You will learn to handle decimal scoring and pressure in real-time, just like Kiran Jadhav does before major events.
- Mental Conditioning: Shooting is 80% mental. Our curriculum includes dedicated yoga, breathing exercises, and sports psychology sessions to keep you composed when the final score is on the line.
Preparing for Selection Trials
Success in Selection Trials requires specific preparation. We help you with:
- Periodization Charts: Tailoring your peak performance for specific dates, whether it is the 67th NSCC or state championships.
- Administrative Support: Navigating the technicalities of competition entries and documentation.
- Mentorship: You are training under the watchful eye of Olympian Suma Shirur and a team of coaches who have been through the circuit themselves.
Whether you are aiming for the U-17 category or the Senior National Squad, our facility provides the exact environment used by our current medalists to hone their craft.
