My Approach to Evidence-Based Dermatology
I believe healthy skin is a journey, not a quick fix. Here is how I combine evidence-based science with patient education to help you achieve long-term, natural results.
I was honored to lead this Continuing Medical Education (CME) workshop on the basic and advanced uses of Botulinum Toxin. Sharing knowledge and techniques with my peers is a passion of mine, as it helps ensure the highest standards of safety and artistry are maintained across the field of aesthetic dermatology.
I was pleased to be featured in this Republic World article discussing the role of superfoods, diet, and lifestyle in skin health. My philosophy is that nourishing your body from the inside is just as important as the treatments we perform in the clinic. A healthy diet provides the building blocks for radiant skin.
About My Expertise and Approach
When you step into my clinic, you are not just getting a procedure. You are getting a personalized plan grounded in medical research. My goal is to educate you on why certain treatments work, or do not work, so you can make informed decisions about your skin without following fleeting internet trends.
Why Education Matters
Dermatology is a rapidly evolving field. Beyond treating patients at Kritash Clinic, I actively train other dermatologists on advanced techniques, such as the precise application of Botulinum Toxin. Sharing these skills helps ensure that high safety standards and anatomical precision are maintained across our field, not just within my own practice. I believe a well-informed patient is an empowered one.
The Science of Skin
I often get asked about the latest viral skincare hacks. My advice is usually to look at the basics: diet, stress, and lifestyle. As featured in Republic World, I advocate for a skin-from-within approach. Nutrients like antioxidants found in fruits and healthy fats are the literal building blocks of collagen production. What you put on your plate is just as vital as the serum you apply in the evening.
My Clinical Standards
I do not chase trends. Whether I am performing a Q-Switched laser treatment for pigmentation or a HIFU facelift for structural tightening, my priority is safety and natural outcomes. You will always get a clear, honest explanation of what a procedure can and cannot do for your specific skin type. If a treatment is not right for you, I will be the first one to tell you so. My practice is built on long-term results, not short-term changes.
