Character-Driven Actor Headshots in Bengaluru
Your headshot is your first audition. Whether you are aiming for Sandalwood or a debut, your portrait needs to speak before you do. Let’s capture the fire casting directors are looking for.
A simple yet effective portrait using low-key lighting. The focus is entirely on the model's face and expression, with the off-shoulder lace top adding a touch of style. This is a great example of a clean, modern headshot.
An unapologetic and confident portrait. The simple strapless top and voluminous hair are styled to draw all attention to the model's face and her calm, self-assured expression.
A dynamic portrait against a black background. The model's pose, with her arm raised, creates a strong line and adds movement to the shot, while the sequined top adds a touch of glamour.
A classic and elegant pose from the 'BLACKBURN' series. This three-quarter shot in a black saree showcases a sophisticated and composed look, ideal for an actor's portfolio needing a mature character shot.
A serene and graceful beauty portrait. The model's closed eyes and delicate hand gesture draw attention to the jewelry and bold red lipstick, creating a timeless and aristocratic feel.
A soft and introspective portrait. The model's downward gaze and hand in her hair create a thoughtful mood, showcasing a different, more vulnerable side for an actor's range.
A mysterious and high-fashion black and white portrait. The hat completely obscuring the model's eyes creates a powerful sense of anonymity and style, making the viewer focus on the lips and the dress's silhouette.
About this collection
We use specific studio lighting patterns like Clamshell or Butterfly to sculpt your facial structure for camera. Bring two distinct looks, one Western and one Traditional, so we can craft the full range your digital comp card requires. My job is to find the angle that makes you look like the character you are auditioning to play.
Photography is not just about a pretty face. It is about catching the andaaz (attitude) that makes you unique. In our two-hour headshot sessions, we move past the basic 'smiling for the camera' routine to get to the core of your personality.
The Technical Foundation
I use professional strobe setups to define your jawline and cheekbones. Whether we go for high-contrast mood lighting or soft, commercial-ready studio light, the goal is clarity. Your final deliverables include five high-end retouched headshots, using techniques like frequency separation to ensure your skin texture remains real while looking camera-ready.
Preparing for Your Shoot
- Looks: Bring two outfits that define your range. If you are going for a corporate villain, bring sharp blazers. If you need the 'boy next door' or 'ethereal lead' vibe, bring something authentic to that character.
- Coaching: I provide direct feedback on posing. If your posture is stiff, we fix it. If your eyes are dead, we bring the fire back. This is a collaboration.
- The Comp Card: Every actor needs a digital comp card for casting calls. I format your final selections with your physical stats—height, age, and vitals—so you are ready to send them to agencies immediately.
If you want photos that show your character, not just your face, then you are in the right place. Jaa ke puch mere baare mein; we do what feels true.
Krish
I'm Kris. I believe everyone has a spark, and my job is to make sure it hits the lens. I am not interested in basic smiles; I am here to capture the attitude and range that actually get you noticed by casting directors.
