My process focuses on the backstage details—the logistics, the tech riders, and the timing—that ensure the public-facing magic actually happens. Planning is more than a schedule, and my approach is rooted in a legacy that started back in 1981 with Sukhani Events. Since I stepped in to reimagine this for the modern era in 2012, I have focused on marrying traditional hospitality with the precision required for high-end destination weddings.
When we plan an event, whether it is a beachside vow exchange in Goa or a palace celebration in Udaipur, I do not just manage vendors. I manage the vibe. My team and I take on the heavy lifting—handling guest hospitality, complex technical riders for artists, and logistics—so that you can actually enjoy your own wedding.
We don't just provide a service; we provide a safety net. With a team of 10 to 14 people on the ground for destination weddings, including personal shadows for the couple, we ensure that every 'what-if' is covered. From managing baraat processions in Mumbai to coordinating grand varmala backdrops, my expertise lies in the transition between the grand production and the intimate moments that truly matter to your family. I treat every wedding as a story that needs to be told, not a checklist to be completed.
