About Constitutional & Appellate Litigation
What I Do
When a court decision feels unfair or your fundamental rights are threatened, I step in to help. My work is all about navigating the complex world of High Courts and the Supreme Court. I fight for your rights, whether that means taking on big constitutional issues or defending you in crucial appeals.
How I Work in Higher Courts
- I handle cases at the Supreme Court, including Special Leave Petition in Supreme Court for challenging High Court decisions.
- I take on both civil and criminal appeals in the Karnataka High Court, understanding exactly when a case goes before a single judge or a larger bench.
- My cases sometimes shape not just individual outcomes but also national legal policy.
Standing Up for the Public
- I file Public Interest Litigation when someone’s rights are ignored and they can’t fight for themselves.
- I’m careful to keep PILs focused on real public good, not private interests or politics.
Defending Your Rights
- I regularly work on Article 21 right to privacy cases and the right to a fair trial.
- Free speech matters to me, especially with all the changes in the digital world.
- I push for fairness so that nobody faces discrimination.
Making the Law Less Scary
Courts can be confusing, thoda intimidating bhi lagta hai (can feel intimidating). I make sure you understand what’s happening at every step. Aapko savdhan rehna chahiye (You should stay alert), and I help you stay informed, so you feel in control of your own case.

My Story
We’re Kapil Dixit LLP, but honestly, it’s all about the people here. Started small, grew big because our clients trusted us. You’ll spot Saritha Sharma (Managing Partner) and the rest of our team hustling at our Bengaluru office or sometimes waving our 'Team KDC' flag at crazy places like Kardungala Peak! We love our Karnataka roots—Karnataka Rajyotsavada Shubhashayagalu! (Happy Karnataka Formation Day!)—but our work stretches from Bangalore to the Supreme Court in Delhi. Justice, team spirit, and a bit of adventure—yup, that’s us.
My Work
What We Do - Family law (divorce, alimony, child custody, domestic violence), election law, property disputes, cheque bounce cases, cyber defamation, business litigation. High Court to Supreme Court.
How We Work - We break down the mutual consent divorce process and child custody legal advice, so you actually get what’s going on. No jargon.
Guiding You Through - First consult, then petition, maybe mediation, then trial. Step by step, with real talk.
Know Your Rights - Cruelty isn’t just physical. Dowry demands, false accusations, or refusing sex—all can be legal grounds for divorce.
Be Cautious - Laws can get twisted. Restitution ke case ka durupyog ho sakta hai (restitution can be misused). Right advice matters.
