Why I Do This

Wildlife photography isn’t just about pressing the shutter - it’s about having a real moment with the wild. I chase light, not just animals. Every safari is a chance for me to frame the jungle’s own stories, not just collect images.

My Approach: Painter’s Eye in the Wild

I don’t believe in just “taking pictures”. I teach you to see the wild as your canvas. Whether we’re out in the drama of the Masai Mara or lost in the tangled forests of Bandhavgarh, I push you to experiment - harsh light, storms, lazy afternoons, all of it. Even when the light’s bad, we make art.

What You’ll Learn With Me (On Safari, Not In A Classroom)

• Everything is practical, out in the field. We work on creative composition techniques for nature, like high-key art in harsh light, dramatic silhouettes, and minimalism.
• I’ll show you how to chase and use side/backlight for depth and emotion, and move beyond just documenting animals.
• Black & white magic - when and how to use it, how I process for mood.
• Technicals? We nail them on the spot - like underexposing for perfect cat shots on a dark road.

Where We Go

We travel to India’s wildest parks (think Ranthambhore, Kaziranga, Tadoba, etc.) and chase the action in Kenya’s Masai Mara and Amboseli. Group tours or private safaris - both options available.
