I see law as a way to heal divides, not just win arguments. Our Constitution isn’t just a document for lawyers - it’s supposed to protect all of us. My goal is to make sure those protections are real, especially when they’re ignored or under threat.

What I Handle

• Fundamental Rights Legal Protection: If your basic rights are denied - like being cut off from essentials such as electricity (yes, we argue that’s a right under Article 14) - I step in. Writ petition for rights is a tool I use when quick action is needed.
• Personal Liberty Legal Counsel: Life choices, medical decisions, or personal autonomy issues? I’ve got experience with sensitive matters, including cases under the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act. Sometimes, the law and real life just don’t line up, and that’s where I come in.
• Constitutional Validity Challenge: When the law itself is the issue, I can take it up. If a rule or act is hurting your rights, I look at whether it stands up to the Constitution, and if not, I go after it.
