About From My Hands to Yours: The Making & Packing Process
Because I use the traditional cold-process method, every soap batch needs a full 30 to 40 days to cure before it is ready for your skin. This patience is what makes my soaps gentle, long-lasting, and truly chemical-free, so please plan your bulk or custom gifting orders at least a month ahead of time so I can craft them properly for you.
From Raw Oils to Finished Bar
My soap-making process is slow, intentional, and entirely handmade. I believe that skipping shortcuts is the only way to get real results. Whether I am making a batch of Aloe Vera Charcoal soap or working on my signature Unicorn Cupcake soaps, the method remains the same.
It starts with cold-process soap making—mixing natural oils like coconut, castor, and sesame with lye. This chemical reaction requires precision, as I work in small batches to maintain quality. For my piped designs, I use natural mica colorants and phthalate-free fragrances to create those signature swirls you see in the gallery.
The Final Touch: Packing as Therapy
For me, packing orders is not just an administrative task; it is my kind of therapy. Every box that leaves my studio in Madurai or Chennai contains more than just skincare. I personally label each bar, wrap it to protect against humidity, and include a thank-you note.
When you order in bulk—whether for festival return gifts like Diwali hampers or a personal stock-up—I make sure every piece is uniform and handled with care. If you have a specific vision for your party favors, like custom colors or themes, just let me know. Because I manage the dispatch process myself, you can be sure that your order is handled with the same care as if I were packing it for my own family.
