Welcome & Starters
- Welcome Drinks: 2 varieties of mocktails (e.g., Mint Mojito, Pink Guava, or Fresh Lime).
- Appetizers: 3 Vegetarian Starters passed around by waiters. Includes 1 Paneer item, 1 Fried item (Corn Cheese Balls), and 1 Tandoori item. Note: Service time limited to 60-90 minutes.
Main Course Buffet
- Curries: 1 Paneer gravy (Butter Masala/Lababdar) and 1 Dry vegetable dish (Mix Veg/Aloo Gobi).
- Sides: Dal Fry or Dal Tadka, Jeera Rice or Peas Pulao, and assorted Indian Breads (Roti/Naan) served from warmers.
- Accompaniments: Green Salad, Papad, Pickle, and Raita.
Dessert & Service
- Sweets: 2 varieties. Typically 1 hot Indian sweet (Gulab Jamun) and Vanilla or Strawberry Ice Cream.

- My menus mix desi favourites and global flavours. Peri Peri Idli, Tik Tok Dosa, vegetarian sushi, Italian pastas - all pure veg and all crowd-pleasers.
