How I Handle Campus Energy

College fests are a different beast. Unlike a regular club night, you have a massive crowd with diverse musical tastes—from current chart-toppers and Bollywood hits to high-octane electronic tracks. My job is to read that energy and keep the momentum climbing for the full 90 to 120 minutes.

What to Expect in My Set

• Interactive Hosting: I don't just stand behind the console. I'm on the mic, getting the crowd involved, orchestrating sit-downs, and hyping up the beats.
• Audio-Visual Sync: If your festival stage has LED walls, I sync my music with custom video loops to create a proper concert atmosphere.
• Genre Flexibility: I play what the students want. Whether it’s a hostel fresher’s party or a massive college cultural festival, the playlist is built to suit the vibe of the event.

Technical Requirements for Organizers

To pull off a performance like the ones at IIM Kozhikode or JNC, we need to get the technical side right.

• Console: For large-scale concert sets, I work exclusively on Pioneer CDJ 2000 NXS2/3000 setups via Pro-DJ Link.
• Sound: A concert-grade Line Array system is necessary to handle the bass and the clarity required for the mix.
• Visuals: If we are doing an AV set, I need an HDMI connection from my laptop directly to your LED wall processor.
