I prioritize using a blunt-tip cannula technique for most of my filler treatments, which significantly reduces the risk of bruising and swelling compared to traditional needles. This allows me to sculpt areas like your jawline or cheeks with high precision, ensuring the final result looks refreshed and balanced, not overdone.

Every face has a unique structural blueprint. In my practice, I often work with what we call the 'moon face' or full facial profiles, which are common in South Asian populations. I prefer using cohesive Hyaluronic Acid fillers for contouring. They integrate naturally with your tissue, meaning you avoid that 'filled' or heavy appearance. My selection of brands—ranging from eptq to premium options like Juvederm or Restylane—depends entirely on the support and projection your specific anatomy needs.
The Procedure
- Consultation & Mapping: We start with a visual analysis and dermoscopy to determine where you have volume loss.
- Numbing: We apply a high-strength topical anesthetic for 30 to 45 minutes to ensure your comfort.
- Precision Injection: Using a blunt-tip cannula, I place the filler in the necessary layers to lift and contour.
- Molding: I manually mold the product immediately post-injection to ensure seamless transitions.
