Core Training Module
- Format: Small group mentorship with maximum 5 attendees for 1-on-1 attention.
- Duration: 1 Full Day (Approx. 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Theory: 2-hour session covering facial anatomy, patient assessment, product rheology, and complication management.
- Demo: Full-face assessment and procedure demonstration by Dr. Luthra.
Hands-On Experience
- Thread Lift Quota: Insertion of approx. 4 Cog threads and 5 Mono threads per participant.
- Filler Quota: Injection of 1-2 ml of HA Filler focusing on zones like Cheeks, Chin, or Lips.
- Models: Pre-screened patients provided by the clinic.
- Supervision: Real-time correction of angulation and depth by the lead faculty.
Hospitality & Certification
- Meals: Working lunch and tea/coffee service included.
- Document: Certificate of Training from Ishira Skin Clinic.

1-Week Comprehensive Clinical Fellowship
Clinical Immersion
- Duration: 6 Working Days (Monday to Saturday) at Ishira Skin Clinic.
- Shadowing: Observation of live patient consultations, counseling techniques, and conversion strategies.

3-Day Advanced Cadaveric Dissection Course

- Ratio: Approx. 1 Cadaver head per 4-6 participants.
- Curriculum: Layer-by-layer facial dissection to identify arteries and nerves, plus virtual dissection on Anatomage table.

- Patient Demo: Live injectable demonstrations to correlate cadaver findings with clinical practice.
- Scope: Advanced indications (Temples, Jawline) and complication management protocols.
