I don't just take photos, I make friends. See how I turn a stranger into a portrait in this collection of raw moments.

My friend from Chamba has a striking resemblance to Preity Zinta, and we had a fun, cinematic video shoot in Sunder Nursery. This is how I work with friends to create beautiful content, keeping it relaxed and natural.

Here’s a behind the scenes look at a spontaneous shoot in the park. I found these two creatives and we instantly connected, resulting in some really cool, candid portraits that capture their vibe.

Even a little rain can't stop a good shoot. I approached these girls in Lodi Garden, and while one was a bit shy, her friend was happy to pose for some lovely portraits, showing that not every approach works out, and that's okay.

Even at 15,000 feet at Hemkund Sahib, I found these lovely Pahadi girls playing in the snow. This video shows how I approach groups for photos, even in challenging conditions, to capture their joyful travel memories.

A night shoot with these beautiful ladies from Ladakh. This clip shows how I interact with people to get them comfortable for portraits, even asking them to share a few words in their native Ladakhi language.

I often meet kids like Savvana on the streets of Delhi. This interaction shows how a simple conversation about school and her favorite subject, Science, led to this powerful and soulful portrait.

I didn't have my main camera, but my phone is always ready. This video shows me approaching two friends in Lodi Garden and using my Samsung phone to capture some surprisingly great portraits.

Here’s how a typical approach in Lodi Garden goes. I saw these two girls from Assam, showed them my work, and they were sweet enough to let me capture their friendship in a few quick, candid shots.

Sometimes I just bump into my friends, like I did with these three at Sunder Nursery. This video is a fun look at how a surprise meeting turned into an impromptu portrait session in the rain.

I was so impressed to see this Ukrainian girl wearing a traditional Indian outfit in Lodi Garden. Our conversation about her interest in yoga and Indian culture led to this beautiful, cross-cultural portrait session.

About Behind the Scenes: The Magic of the Moment

The most important part of my shoot is not the camera settings, it is the first thirty seconds. I always ask for permission, explain that I share the results on Instagram, and make sure you feel comfortable before I even raise the lens. If you are shy, we start with casual conversation or a walk until the camera feels like just another part of the background.
