About The Build Process
We don't outsource our heavy lifting. Whether it is installing intricate wall molding or setting up seamless glass partitions, my own team performs the work. This keeps the quality tight and prevents the common renovation headache of mismatched timelines, sloppy finishing, or contractors passing the blame.
Building a beautiful home is more than just selecting paint colors and furniture. The real magic happens in the execution, specifically in the structural details that many people never think about until something goes wrong.
Since 2007, our approach has been to own the process entirely. When you hire us, you are not dealing with a design firm that subcontracts the work to outside vendors. Our in-house team handles the construction, from the initial demolition if needed, to the final installation of Hettich or Hafele hardware in your modular kitchen.
Why the Build Process Matters
- Quality Control: When we install a sliding glass door or a 3D wall panel, it is our own team on-site. We don't have to wait for external contractors to fit our schedules.
- Technical Accuracy: We use 19mm Commercial Ply for wardrobes and standard BWR ply for kitchens. By managing the carpentry and civil works directly, we ensure the structural integrity matches the aesthetic design.
- Timeline Reliability: Our projects follow a structured timeline, usually ranging from 45 days for modern essentials to 7 months for full-scale luxury renovations.
By keeping the build in-house, we can adjust to site conditions in real-time, whether that means modifying a wall partition or fine-tuning the lighting points. We are not just designers; we are builders who believe that your home should be constructed to last, not just look good for a photo shoot.
