Flooring & Base
- Artificial Turf: Installation of 35mm high-density artificial grass carpet cut to size.
- Pebble Borders: Polished white or natural stone pebbles (4 to 6 inch width) for edge finishing.
Planting & Greenery
- Railing Planters: 3 to 4 standard Metal or Plastic planters per 10ft of railing.
- Plants: Low-maintenance varieties like Sansevieria or Money Plant in standard pots.
Lighting
- Fairy Lights: Plug-in string lighting (approx. 10 to 15 meters) wrapped around railings.
- Note: No civil work, painting, or fixed furniture included.
Boho Styled Retreat & Swing
Flooring & Layout
- Mixed Flooring: Zones created using a combination of 35mm Artificial Grass and Interlocking Acacia or WPC Deck Tiles.
- Separation: Pebble borders used to separate wooden deck areas from grass areas.
Vertical Garden & Walls
- Green Wall: High-density, UV-protected artificial vertical garden mats on one accent wall (30 to 40 sq.ft.).
- Decor: Wall-mounted geometric shelves painted in pop colors (Teal, Yellow, or Red).
Furniture & Seating
- Swing: Single-seater Wicker/Rattan 'Egg' swing with stand and cushion (or 2-seater bistro set).
- Privacy: Bamboo blinds or chiclet curtains included for one side.
Lighting
