I focus on the flow of the event. If we are doing a Mehendi, I might suggest a flower shop concept or a saxophonist playing under a floral arch to set a relaxed mood. For Haldi, we prioritize movement and color. My team and I plan every detail, from the tassel chandeliers to the specific layout of seating areas, to ensure the space feels like a cohesive party rather than a static photo opportunity.
We work on 2D mood boards and 3D renders before a single flower is placed. This allows us to map out themes like Summer Essentials or Sufiyana effectively. We also manage the guest experience, ensuring that transportation, hospitality, and check-ins for events across locations like Jaipur, Goa, and international destinations are seamless.
