About Cinematic Wedding Films
When I film your wedding, I do not follow a rigid script or ask you to perform for the camera. My approach is to blend into the background so I can catch the moments you might miss yourself, like the look on your partner's face during the vows or a tear in your parent’s eye. This creates a film that feels like a memory rather than a produced event.
My process is built around storytelling. I believe that audio is just as important as visuals, so we record real vows, speeches, and the ambient sounds of your ceremony. When we edit, we weave these audio pieces into the film, letting you hear the laughter and the emotional weight of your day, not just watch it.
How We Capture Your Day
We use a 4 to 5 person crew for our cinematic bundles. This allows us to have dedicated shooters for candid moments and cinematography while someone else manages the drone and sound recording. Having a team ensures we cover everything from the chaos of the baraat to the stillness of an intimate Nikaah or Anand Karaj, without needing to ask you to repeat actions.
The Editing Philosophy
I do not believe in over-processing footage. We aim for a look that is vibrant yet timeless, focusing on color grading that highlights the mood of your specific venue, whether it is a beachside resort or a traditional temple. Our films include an 8 to 12 minute cinematic highlight that covers the journey of your wedding, along with a 1-minute teaser for your social media.
My Approach to Travel and Logistics
While I am based in Mumbai, I travel across India for weddings. Whether you are planning a beach wedding in Goa or a mountain ceremony in the north, the logistics remain simple. We handle our own equipment transport and crew coordination, so you never have to worry about the technical side. I am hands-on during the entire process, meaning you will always know exactly who is behind the camera.
