Every module produced at our Noida manufacturing facility undergoes a mandatory 8-step quality assurance process. This procedure includes precision cell testing, visual inspections, post-lamination Electroluminescence (EL) imaging to detect micro-cracks, and final sun simulation to verify performance output against nameplate ratings before any panel leaves the factory floor.
Our commitment to domestic manufacturing goes beyond simple assembly. By controlling the production environment in Uttar Pradesh, we ensure that every panel is ALMM-approved and BIS-certified, adhering to the stringent safety and efficiency standards required for both government schemes and private infrastructure projects.
We focus on the complete technical lifecycle of our modules. Our production lines are equipped to handle advanced N-Type TOPCon and Mono PERC technologies, allowing us to achieve high-efficiency conversion rates of up to 23.12%. By utilizing automated machinery and maintaining a dedicated engineering team, we reduce the margin of error typically associated with manual processing.
