About Our Technology: High-Efficiency Solar Modules
When choosing solar modules, manufacturing origin matters as much as the specifications. We do not just assemble imported parts; we control the process from cell manufacturing to final assembly at our Greater Noida plant. This vertical integration allows us to ensure that our Helia series panels are stress-tested specifically for Indian weather patterns, handling high temperatures and humidity without the rapid degradation often seen in generic, imported alternatives.
Engineering for Reliability
Solar panels often fail prematurely due to micro-cracks and potential-induced degradation (PID) caused by poor manufacturing or substandard raw materials. At our state-of-the-art facility, we address these risks through rigorous quality control and backward integration. By manufacturing our own cells and utilizing advanced TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) technology in our Helia NXT R series, we achieve higher conversion efficiencies than standard PERC modules.
Built for Indian Conditions
Standard international panels are sometimes designed for cooler climates. Our modules are engineered for the realities of Indian topography—heat, high UV exposure, and dust accumulation.
- Wind Resistance: Our mounting structures are rated for wind speeds up to 150 kmph, essential for rooftop stability during monsoon season.
- Durability: Using glass-to-glass technology for industrial setups, we increase the mechanical strength of the panels and provide protection against moisture ingress, extending the lifespan to 25-30 years.
- Efficiency: We focus on bifacial modules for commercial sites, allowing the rear side of the panel to capture light reflected off the roof surface, effectively increasing energy generation by up to 25%.
