Moments Beyond the Dance Floor
Dance is more than just steps to me. It is about the stories, the quiet moments, and the people I meet along the way. Here is a look at who I am when the music fades.
Taking a moment to reflect. My work is driven by a desire to connect with people through the positive energy of dance.
Leaning against the ballet barre in the studio. This space is my sanctuary, where I can think, create, and recharge.
A moment of self-reflection. In the battle of me versus me, I always strive to be my own strongest supporter.
Soaking in the Delhi night vibe. The streets and energy of the city often inspire my creative process.
A candid walking shot. I believe in always moving forward, both in dance and in life.
A casual moment of relaxation. Even outside the studio, my mind is often filled with new ideas and choreography.
Walking into a new year with dreams and determination. I believe that if you want something with all your heart, the universe conspires to help you achieve it.
A creative mirror shot in the studio. Dance teaches you to see yourself from different perspectives.
A candid black and white photo, capturing a moment of thought while on the move.
Sitting on the studio floor between shots. These quiet moments are filled with thoughts and inspiration.
About Portraits & Reflections
These photos are not just portfolio fillers. They are taken at Creative Detox Studio in Delhi, which is where I spend most of my days refining my craft. Whether I am sitting on the floor thinking through a routine or just catching a vibe under the streetlights, these moments ground me before I start teaching my next batch.
People often see the finished product. The sharp choreography on stage or the high energy in a flash mob. But the real work happens in the silence between steps. This collection of portraits is my way of pulling back the curtain on my life in Delhi.
I believe that you cannot lead a class if you are not connected to your own energy. My studio sessions are not just about counting beats. They are about finding a space where you feel safe to make mistakes. When I am not teaching, I am usually wandering the streets of Delhi or finding quiet corners to reset. That is where my style comes from. It is a mix of what I learn on the street and what I study in the studio.
Whether you are looking for a choreographer who understands the pressure of a big fat Indian wedding or an instructor who wants you to enjoy the process, knowing who I am matters. I am not just teaching you to move. I am inviting you into a community. From South Delhi to wherever your event is, my approach remains the same: keep it real, keep it fun, and always stay grounded.
