Dance is more than just steps; it is a journey of self-discovery. Here is a look at the moments between the beats where I find my focus, recharge, and exist within the rhythm.

Just taking a moment to relax and smile in the studio space.

A different perspective. The studio corner is one of my favorite spots to think and recharge.

A quiet, thoughtful moment between classes.

A creative mirror shot in the studio. Even when I fall, I'll get up and create a storm.

Leaning against the barre, taking a break. The studio is my second home.

A candid black and white shot, walking and reflecting.

A monochrome portrait, capturing a moment of thought.

Sitting on the studio floor between shots, my thoughts are always filled with dance and gratitude.

A pensive look during a photoshoot break.

In the battle of me versus me, I am my own strongest supporter. A mirror shot reflecting on self-growth.

About Behind the Scenes & Photoshoots

Many of these candid shots are captured right here at the Creative Detox Studio, my go-to space for both intense practice and quiet reflection. When I am not coaching or running through choreography, you will find me here, recharging between sessions or just soaking in the energy of the room before the next batch walks in.

Whether I am in the middle of a high-energy Bollywood workshop or teaching technical jazz, the space matters. For me, the studio is not just a room with mirrors; it is where the shiddat, or passion, happens. These glimpses show you the real side of the process. Sometimes, it is the intense focus while correcting a posture; other times, it is a quiet moment of gratitude while leaning against the barre.

People often ask about the 'bindaas' energy I bring to class. It comes from these quiet moments. When I step into a space like the IFBC in Saket or the Creative Detox studio in GK, I leave the noise outside. I believe that if you want to grow as a dancer, you must be comfortable with the silence just as much as the music. My sessions are designed to be a safe space where you can shed your inhibitions. Whether you are joining my monthly batches or dropping into a workshop, my focus remains the same: technique, expression, and finding your own rhythm.

These photos are raw and honest because that is how I teach. I am not a fan of poses or perfection for the sake of a camera. I prefer capturing the sweat, the deep thoughts, and the joy of teaching. If you are looking for more than just a dance class, if you want a community where you can express yourself freely, come say hello. We are always learning, always unlearning, and always moving together.
