Dharm ka apmaan karna sirf galat nahi, kanoonan apraadh bhi hai. Agar koi vyakti kisi bhi dharm ke baare mein galat bolta hai, toh uske khilaaf FIR darj karayi ja sakti hai. Main aapse appeal karta hoon ki aise mamlon mein chup na baithein aur apne nazdeeki police station mein complaint darj karayein.
Rishwat lena aur dena, dono hi kanoon ki nazar mein jurm hai. Prevention of Corruption Act ke tehat iske liye saza ka pravdhan hai. Yeh video dikhata hai ki kaise ek video viral hone par Gurugram mein rishwat lete police officer ko suspend kiya gaya.
Kisi ladki ki video uski permission ke bina banana ya uspe comment pass karna romance nahi, crime hai. Main aapko Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita aur IT Act ke un sections ke baare mein batata hoon jinke tehat stalking, voyeurism aur mahila ki garima ko thes pahunchane par 5 saal tak ki saza ho sakti hai. Apne adhikaaron ko jaaniye aur galat ke khilaaf awaaz uthaiye.
Social media par viral hone ke liye gaali-galoch ya obscene video banana aapko jail pahuncha sakta hai. Main aapko BNS Section 296 aur IT Act Section 67 ke baare mein batata hoon, jinke tehat public mein ashleelta failane par 3 saal tak ki saza aur jurmana ho sakta hai.
Nashe ki haalat mein murder karne par kya saza hogi? Agar aapne apni marzi se nasha kiya hai, toh aap poori tarah se zimmedar honge. Lekin agar aapko jabardasti nasha karaya gaya hai, toh BNS Section 23 ke tehat aapko bachav mil sakta hai, par aapko yeh court mein saabit karna hoga.
Agar koi vyakti sharab peekar sadak par ya aapke mohalle mein hungama karta hai, toh aapko darne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Uski video banayein aur 112 par call karein. Main aapko BNS Section 355 ke baare mein batata hoon, jiske tehat aise vyakti par jurmana aur jail ho sakti hai.
"Aapke bete ko drugs ke saath arrest kar liya hai, paise transfer karo varna jail bhej denge." Aisi fake video calls se saavdhan rahein. Yeh ek naya scam hai. Main batata hoon ki aisi situation mein aapko kya karna chahiye aur kaise cyber cell mein complaint karni chahiye.
Agar koi vyakti jhootha mukadma lagakar aapko pareshan karta hai, toh uspar bhi kanooni karvai ho sakti hai. Main aapko naye kanoon BNS Section 248 ke baare mein batata hoon, jiske tehat jhoothi FIR karne wale ko 5 se 10 saal tak ki jail ho sakti hai.
Helmet pehenkar bhi aapka challan ho sakta hai. Agar aapka helmet ISI marked nahi hai ya uski patti lock nahi hai, toh Section 194D ke tehat jurmana lag sakta hai. Saath hi, wrong side driving par bhi 6 mahine ki jail ho sakti hai.

Handling Road Rage & Intimidation
If someone blocks your way or threatens you, do not engage in a physical fight. Under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, criminal intimidation (Section 351) is a serious offense. Record the incident, note the vehicle number, and file an FIR. If the person claims to be police or uses a weapon, record it as proof—official duty does not give anyone a license to bully.
Digital Arrest & Job Scams
Scammers today use video calls to pose as police or CBI officers. They will tell you that your child is arrested or involved in a drug case to extract money. Remember, no genuine police officer conducts an investigation or demands money over a WhatsApp video call. If you receive such a call, hang up immediately, screenshot their profile, and report it to the nearest Cyber Cell.
Dealing with Recovery Agents
Banks have a process for loan recovery, but harassment is not part of it. RBI guidelines are clear: recovery agents cannot call at odd hours, use abusive language, or threaten you. If you are being harassed, you have grounds to file an FIR under IPC Section 506. You are not alone in this—this is a civil matter that requires a legal approach, not fear.
